Job summary

HyperBlu Labs in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Prompt AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize prompts and workflows for large language models supporting clients and internal tools.

You will create and refine prompts, develop agent workflows, review conversations for improvements, and build evaluation processes to measure performance, with a focus on automation, quality, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or LLM-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of prompt design and optimization.
• Familiarity with GPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.

Role Description

The Prompt AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize prompts and workflows for large language models in support of HyperBlu Labs’ clients and internal tools.
