Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a mid-level AI Solutions professional to develop and execute AI-driven solutions within the business. You will craft sophisticated prompts and oversee the design of agents to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Collaborating with technical and business teams, you translate complex needs into actionable use cases, develop test plans, and lead QA, volume, and bias testing to assure reliability and ethical AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, CS, or Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of industry experience, Analyst level or equivalent.
• Strategic mindset with ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey the strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts for integration with existing systems.
• Drive AI strategy and execute the innovation roadmap within the digital transformation program.
• Ensure AI models comply with ethical standards and industry regulations.
• Lead QA, volume testing and bias testing of agents and develop test plans.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to enhance offerings and decision-making with AI insights.
• Support personnel advancing AI initiatives and participate in continuous improvement.
