SitusAMC is seeking a mid-level AI Solutions professional to develop and oversee AI-driven initiatives across the business. You will craft sophisticated agents and prompts, align AI projects with the company’s digital transformation goals, and work with business and delivery teams for scalable, compliant solutions.

The role emphasizes testing, ethics, and reliability, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2-4 years professional industry experience at Analyst level or equivalent.
Strategic mindset aligning product decisions with organizational strategy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with backlog management and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts, ensuring integration with existing systems.
Drive the execution of the AI innovation roadmap aligning with digital transformation strategy.
Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance offerings and streamline workflows using AI insights.
Participate in QA testing, volume testing, and bias testing of agents and test plans.
Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases and oversee testing to ensure reliability and ethics.
