TEK Systems seeks an AI Program Director to lead a remote 12-month contract, directing the organization’s enterprise AI strategy, governance framework, adoption initiatives, and AI-enabled business transformation efforts. The role requires bridging executive leadership with clinical operations, security, analytics, technology, and vendors to deliver measurable AI outcomes.

The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years in enterprise technology, data, analytics, AI governance, or AI transformation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, data, analytics, AI, governance, or AI transformation programs.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-level AI, data, digital, or innovation strategies.
• Experience building governance programs, risk frameworks, or operating models.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business case development skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• Healthcare provider experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing AI governance programs.
• Knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework and Responsible AI principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics initiatives.
