Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled implementations.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of AI-enabled workflow implementations across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to operationalize AI agents and human-AI operating models with a sequenced rollout plan.
• Lead change management, ensuring end-user readiness, training, and SOPs.
