Job summary

EMS Management & Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, AI to shape AI-powered product strategies and roadmaps. You’ll translate customer needs into prioritized AI-enabled features, partner with engineering, ML/AI teams, design, and stakeholders to deliver value across the product lifecycle.

You’ll lead discovery, define KPIs, and balance reliability, latency, cost, and user trust while aligning with business goals in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience delivering at least one AI/ML product.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with user stories and backlogs.
• Working knowledge of ML and LLM concepts and evaluating model outputs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business needs into AI product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Lead product discovery through interviews, data analysis, market research, and experimentation.
• Frame problems, define hypotheses, and validate solutions for AI/ML products.
• Prioritize AI opportunities based on value and feasibility with AI-specific KPIs and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering, ML/AI, and design to deliver AI-powered products.
• Own and maintain the product backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop product documentation, rollout plans, and AI model behavior documentation.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, security, and other stakeholders for responsible deployment.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Stay updated on evolving AI/ML capabilities and industry practices for informed decisions.
• Present to leadership and facilitate strategy, trade-offs, and progress meetings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint rituals.
