Job summary

Granicus is seeking a self-starting AI Product Manager to help build and scale internal AI capabilities that power our Revenue Operations function.

No company in the world reaches more people on behalf of public sector organizations than Granicus—this role will focus on developing the AI products, platforms, and workflows that enable our revenue teams to operate smarter, faster, and with greater confidence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, CS, engineering, data science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products in an operational environment.
• Familiarity with agile product development and RevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the RevOps AI roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and leaders to deliver AI solutions.
• Track adoption, accuracy, and revenue impact of AI initiatives.
• Balance value, data readiness, and technical feasibility in roadmap decisions.
