This role focuses on building multi-agent orchestration, shipping a v1 quickly and improving weekly, with emphasis on data models, APIs, and eval dashboards to gate releases.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management, incl. 2+ years shipping LLM-based agents to production.
• Hands-on with the agent stack: tool calling, planning loops, memory, and multi-agent handoffs.
• Experience building or owning an eval harness and gating releases with metrics.
• Technical ability to spec data models, state machines and API shapes and explain tradeoffs.
• Clear writing; PRDs with numbers and concise communications for sales.

Aufgaben

• Own the agent runtime used by Superhumans: planning, tool calls, memory writes, guardrails.
• Design multi-agent orchestration across the customer journey and resolve conflicts.
• Turn GTM orchestrations into configurable plays and define primitives.
• Build and own the eval harness and dashboards for success rates and tool errors.
• Define APIs and admin experiences for enterprise admins and engineers.
• Run a weekly ship cadence with GenAI and engineering; enablement and CS loop in.
• Write specs for data models, state machines, and API shapes; prototype in code/no-code.
