Job summary

1mind is building the AI-led GTM workforce, and seeking an AI Product Manager to own the agent runtime and orchestration layer. You will shape how agents plan, call tools, and share memory while coordinating handoffs across SDR, SE, onboarding, and CSM workflows.

You will collaborate with the GenAI team and report to the Chief Product Officer, delivering a v1 with rapid iteration each week and ensuring robust eval and success metrics are in place with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, shipping AI-powered features.
• Experience with AI-native product ecosystems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent runtime and orchestration for multiple agents across the customer journey.
• Design multi-agent orchestration, including handoffs and shared state across a deal or account.
• Define constructs: triggers, steps, agent assignments, and human checkpoints.
• Build and own the evaluation harness for agent behavior and release gating metrics.
• Define platform surface: APIs, configuration, and admin UX for enterprise admins and engineers.
• Maintain weekly ship cadence with GenAI and engineering, with customer success involvement.
• Draft specs for data models, state machines, and API shapes; prototype in code or no-code tools.
