Job summary

The role focuses on owning agent runtime, designing cross-team orchestration, and delivering a robust evaluation framework for agent behavior. You will bring 5+ years in PM and hands-on experience shipping LLM-based agents to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping LLM-based agents to production.
• Hands-on experience with the agent stack: tool calling, planning loops, memory, retrieval, and multi-agent handoff patterns.
• Able to spec data models, state machines, API shapes, and ship weekly.

• Design multi-agent orchestration with handoffs across the customer journey, shared state, and conflict resolution.
• Build the eval harness for agent behavior and define the platform surface for composing and tuning agents.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of product management, including at least 2 years shipping LLM-based agents to production users.
• Hands-on experience with the agent stack: tool calling, planning loops, memory, retrieval, and multi-agent handoff patterns.
• Technical enough to spec data models, state machines, API shapes, and comfortable shipping weekly.

Compensation:

• Salary range is $185,000 to $260,000.
• Includes stock options and company-paid benefits.
• Final compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
