Job summary

NorthStar Utilities Solutions, a Harris division, is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Product organization within R&D. You will report to the VP of R&D and guide five product professionals across our portfolio including CIS7, Customer portal, and mobile workforce tools.

This remote role requires 10+ years in product management, 5+ leading teams, and a track record of shipping customer-valued products. Travel ~20% and EST timezone preference are noted.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management.
• 5+ years leading Product teams.
• Experience shipping products customers value.
• Experience building or maturing a Product operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, validate problems before engineering, define success metrics, and measure value after release.
• Design and implement intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and governance processes.
• Coach five product professionals into strategic product leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and communicate roadmap decisions.
