Job summary

Ginas Tech Jobs is seeking a Product Engineer for AI Email Applications. This highly technical, hands-on role sits at the intersection of user needs, model capability, and engineering constraints.

You will work with ML and engineering teams to define behavior, measure outcomes, and continuously improve AI-powered email experiences. You must have AI/ML experience with a strong CS foundation, and experience with AI-powered products, particularly LLМ-based systems.

Qualifications

• AI/ML experience is required.
• Strong CS fundamentals and system design.
• Hands-on with AI-powered products, especially LLM-based systems.
• Experience with model evaluation, experimentation, prompting, or AI system iteration.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI capabilities requirements, from model behavior to system behavior and UX.
• Translate model capabilities and evaluation results into clear product decisions.
• Trade-off decisions across quality, latency, cost, reliability, and UX.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and client engineers on design, evaluation, and iteration.
• Establish evaluation frameworks across offline metrics, online experiments, and human feedback.
• Own product quality end-to-end, ensuring usefulness and user trust.
