Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a proactive trainer/enablement professional to design and deliver hands-on cloud security training. You will create lab scenarios reflecting real-world use cases, automate environments with Bash/Python, and help drive workshops from inception to execution.

You will craft clear courseware, align content with outcomes, and leverage AI tooling to accelerate content creation while validating results. Strong communication and a passion for teaching technical audiences are essential.

Qualifications

• Working understanding of core DevOps and cloud-native concepts (containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, cloud fundamentals).
• Hands-on scripting in Bash or Python and working with YAML/Markdown.
• Clear written and verbal communication and genuine enthusiasm for teaching and presenting to technical audiences, with room to grow.
• Comfort experimenting with AI coding/agent CLI clients (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• Curiosity, reliability, and a habit of asking for and integrating feedback.
• Working English, written and spoken (an additional language is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain hands-on lab scenarios and technical content (YAML- and Markdown-based) reflecting real-world use cases.
• Script and automate parts of the training environment (Bash/Python) and help troubleshoot the delivery platform when issues arise.
• Help design and deliver training sessions, demos and workshops, starting alongside senior instructors and taking ownership of smaller sessions over time.
• Write clear, concise courseware and technical instructions, applying instructional design basics to align material with learning outcomes.
• Use AI coding/agent clients to help build labs, write scripts and draft content faster while evaluating their outputs.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, solicit feedback, and grow technical depth and presentation confidence.
