Job summary

Camunda in Seattle, WA is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to bring ProcessOS into production at enterprise customers. You will own the deployment journey from first process file to a working, improving system, and hand off a functioning capability to the customer’s team.

You’ll work end-to-end across Java services and React interfaces, collaborating with a global team to measure, improve, and scale performance and fault tolerance in real-world distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Shipped enterprise-scale solutions in production at scale.
• Experience debugging integrations and deploying Camunda clusters.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and business teams.
• Experience with AI or agent-based workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment journey from first process file to a running, measurably improving production workflow.
• Feed the product by building features, agents, and skill files with customer input; fix bugs when found.
• Drive organizational adoption by coordinating with technical and business stakeholders to turn deployments into lasting customer capability.
• Work at technical depth by configuring Camunda clusters, debugging integration failures, and building custom agents.
• Build the playbook by documenting best practices to accelerate future deployments.
• Hand off training to customer teams so they can operate and improve independently.
