Job summary

Camunda is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to bring ProcessOS into production for enterprise customers. You’ll own the deployment journey end-to-end, from first process file to a functioning, improving system, and hand off the capability to the customer’s team.

You’ll work across Java services and React interfaces with a global team to measure, improve, and scale performance and fault tolerance in real-world distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping in a large organisation with governance/resilience.
• Ability to debug integrations, build Camunda clusters, explain BPMN to engineers and business leads.
• Cross-functional communication across engineering, architecture and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment journey from first file to running production workflow.
• Feed the product by building features, agents, and skill files with customers.
• Drive organisational adoption across technical and business stakeholders.
• Work at technical depth to configure clusters, debug failures, build custom agents.
• Document learnings to speed up future deployments.
• Hand off training to customer teams for independence.
