Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data science or ML teams in insurance or related fields.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with team oversight.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on domain experience in computer vision, NLP, or time-series analytics.
• ML/LLMOps and cloud platform delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI, ML and agentic business vision and go-to-market offerings.
• Manage end-to-end data science and AI projects and programs.
• Lead workshops and design sessions with customers.
• Develop proposals with subject matter experts and consultants.
• Grow team capabilities and mentor members through transformation.
• Advance data science and AI offerings across the portfolio.
