EPAM Systems is seeking an AI Practice Lead for Financial Services and Insurance to drive innovation and end-to-end AI delivery across client engagements. You will shape strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and build capabilities in a fast-evolving market.

You will oversee data science, ML engineering, and agentic initiatives from ideation to production, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science leadership or ML engineering leadership in insurance or related domains.
• 5+ years in a formal leadership role with team management responsibilities.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
