Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager, Americas Retail Operations to lead all retail logistics across the Americas from a remote US role. You will manage a small team and own both sustaining and launching new retailers, focusing on OTIF, cost-to-serve, and end-to-end supply chain excellence.

You will partner with Sales, Planning, Finance, Trade Compliance, and 3PLs while leveraging AI tools to automate reporting and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail logistics and chargebacks.
• Strong analytical skills for freight cost-to-serve and PO-to-delivery.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary logistics lead for all Americas retail channels and onboard new retailers.
• Evaluate routing guides, set up 3PL partners for launches.
• Ensure compliance across routing guides, packaging, ASN accuracy and EDI readiness.
• Drive efficiency to speed fulfillment and reduce PO-to-delivery times.
• Serve as escalation point for retail logistics issues with root-cause analysis.
