Job summary
ŌURA is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager, Americas Retail Operations to lead and optimize retail logistics across the Americas. You will manage a small team, own the retail logistics scorecard, and partner with 3PLs, Sales, Planning, and Trade Compliance to drive flawless launches and continuous improvements.
A strong background in retail logistics, AI-enabled automation, and ERP systems is required. You will oversee routing guides, ASN accuracy, and cost-to-serve analyses while expanding into
Qualifications
- 7+ years in retail logistics, B2B wholesale distribution, or supply chain ops.
- 2+ years of direct people management in a product-shipping environment.
- Strong understanding of OTIF, PO-to-delivery, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead logistics for Americas retail channels and onboard new retailers.
- Set up 3PLs, ensure EDI readiness, and maintain compliance across routing guides.
- Drive cost-down initiatives and optimize fulfillment speed.
- Own KPI scorecard (OTIF, on-time delivery, cost per unit).
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Trade Compliance, and IT on automation.
