Job summary

1NCE is seeking an AI-native technical problem solver to drive the technical journey for complex customer solutions. You will lead discovery, architecture, demonstrations, validation, and implementation handoffs with field sales and partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Spanish preferred.
• Strong GenAI knowledge including LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience with IoT and connected products.
• Strong discovery and solution-design skills for customer requirements.
• 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
• Ability to translate tech into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, remotely, and travel as needed.
• Excellent presentation and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical journey for complex customer solutions from discovery to implementation handoff.
• Build and present product demonstrations, solution workshops, and due diligence studies.
• Collaborate with field sales to support GTM activities and partner engagements.
• Translate customer needs into architectures and actionable workshops.
• Participate in marketing events and content creation from a technical standpoint.
• Transfer knowledge from Product to Sales teams to enable effective selling.
• Work with geographically distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
