Job summary

1NCE is seeking an AI-native Solution Architect to drive technical engagements for complex IoT and telecom-focused solutions. You will lead discovery, architecture design, and demonstrations, working with sales and partners to validate and implement solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, AI-enabled workflows, and effective communication with developers, product leaders, and executives. Remote work is possible with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Strong AI/GenAI knowledge with hands-on experience, including LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation.
• Experience with IoT and connected products; exposure to smart home tech, sensors or embedded devices is a plus.
• Strong discovery and solution-design skills to uncover customer requirements and architect solutions.
• 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical journey for complex customer solutions from discovery through demonstrations, validation, and handoff.
• Build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops and due diligence studies.
• Collaborate with field sales to support GTM activities and partner engagements.
• Contribute to marketing events with technical perspectives and customer-driven insights.
• Transfer knowledge from Product to Sales to enable the field.
