Job summary

Sedgwick, a global risk and claims solutions company, is seeking a Power Platform Architect - AI to lead the enterprise Power Platform strategy, governance, and architecture. This role focuses on turning business priorities into actionable delivery plans, driving high-value automation, data and AI opportunities, and advising senior leaders.

You will shape solution architecture, establish guardrails, and mature a Center of Excellence while delivering scalable, measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
12+ years of software engineering, application delivery, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.
7+ years Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
5+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform programs, governance initiatives, platform architecture, or Center of Excellence capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
Establish and mature Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence capabilities.
Lead solutions from intake and design through build, testing, deployment, adoption, and support transition.
Mentor architects, developers, analysts, makers, and citizen developers.
Stay current on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Azure, and relevant AI capabilities.
