Sedgwick is seeking a Power Platform Architect to lead strategy, governance, and delivery for enterprise-scale Power Platform initiatives. The role focuses on crafting a combined platform roadmap with AI integration, data governance, and robust security standards.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, align technology decisions with business goals, and mentor teams through rapid adoption while maintaining governance and lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant work experience will be considered.
12+ years of experience in software engineering, application delivery, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.
7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
5+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform programs, governance initiatives, platform architecture, or Center of Excellence capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
Turn business priorities into a clear delivery plan with measurable outcomes.
Identify and prioritize high-value automation, low-code, data, and AI opportunities.
Advise senior business and technology leaders on platform capabilities, investments, risks, and adoption.
Drive program maturity while balancing speed, innovation, governance, and supportability.
