Job summary

Capgemini in New York, NY seeks an experienced Power Platform AI Business Architect to shape AI adoption and deliver AI-powered Power Platform solutions. You will define strategies, identify optimization opportunities, and lead governance across data, security, and compliance.

Collaborating with stakeholders and solution architects, you will translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, and automated processes across Dynamics 365 and Azure ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI adoption strategies using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Identify opportunities for AI to optimize business processes (e.g., customer service automation, sales forecasting).
• Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to automate workflows.
• Use AI Builder and Copilot Studio to integrate ML models into low-code/no-code apps.
• Implement Power BI for AI-driven analytics and reporting.
• Oversee data governance, security, and compliance using Purview and Azure policies.
• Collaborate with leaders, IT, and end-users to drive AI adoption and change management.
