Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
- 12+ years in software engineering, architecture, or leadership
- 7+ years of Power Platform experience
- Experience leading enterprise-scale programs and governance
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise Power Platform strategy and roadmap
- Lead architecture, governance, security standards, and Center of Excellence
- Deliver end-to-end solutions from intake to deployment and adoption
- Mentor architects and developers; promote reusable solutions
- Stay current on Power Platform, Azure, and AI capabilities
