Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AI Digital Product Sr Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the Enterprise Agentic Ecosystem Platform, enabling AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to build, deploy, and govern enterprise AI agents.

You will own product strategy, drive reusable platform capabilities, and champion a world-class developer experience while ensuring security, compliance, and Responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading products and defining roadmaps.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-native platforms and engineers.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced degree requirements: Master's with 6+ years or Bachelor's with 8+ years or Diploma with 12+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Ownership for the Enterprise Agentic Platform within Agile teams.
• Scale AI initiatives from discovery to enterprise adoption and manage metrics.
• Define governance, Responsible AI standards, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, legal, and architecture teams to ensure compliance.
