Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an AI Lead Administrator to join our team and advance enterprise AI initiatives in a remote USA setting. The role focuses on configuring and governing the ChatGPT Enterprise workspace, managing access, security, and adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS administration, IT operations, or related fields.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise rollouts, change management, training, and user adoption.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and access management.
• Experience administering tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Databricks, Salesforce, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ChatGPT Enterprise workspace including users, groups, roles, permissions, and platform configuration.
• Manage workspace-level settings for GPTs, apps, connectors, workspace agents, Codex, file uploads, and data analysis.
• Configure RBAC, access policies, and approved tools for different user groups.
• Partner with OpenAI account/support for enterprise feature enablement.
• Work with IAM teams to configure and manage SSO, SCIM, domain verification, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Coordinate HR/IT processes for joiners, movers, and leavers; manage user groups and access tiers.
