Job summary

HCLTech seeks an experienced AI Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI platforms, including LLM apps, RAG systems, and multi-agent workflows. You will guide cross‑functional teams, define scalable architectures, and ensure governance and security across data pipelines.

The role emphasizes cloud-native design, data governance, and delivery of production AI solutions on AWS, with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and cost-efficient scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong expertise with Python, Java, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Experience with RAG, Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, vector databases, and AI data pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI platforms.
• Architect intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration frameworks.
• Define scalable AI architecture patterns, integration strategies, and deployment models.
• Design AI-ready data models and data architectures.
• Establish scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and vector database architectures.
• Ensure data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize data ingestion and retrieval strategies.
• Build and deploy AI solutions on AWS (SageMaker) and containerize with Docker/Kubernetes.
