Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Tech Lead to own a broad enterprise AI collaboration ecosystem spanning Slack, Google Workspace, Gemini, Glean, and AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.

You will design and build AI agents, skills, and RAG integrations, set technical standards, and ensure secure, scalable production services. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in development roles with hands-on tech leadership, strong experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, and deep knowledge of AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Production-quality AI agents, skills, workflows, or integrations experience.
• Strong AI application concepts including agents, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Proven ability to move solutions from PoC to production services.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, SDKs, webhooks, identity services.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and data governance.
• Hands-on with enterprise SaaS, collaboration, search, automation, or AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Gemini, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT or similar products.
• Strong troubleshooting, architecture documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to lead technically through expertise and influence, without direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, tools, workflows, and automations.
• Build AI solutions using MCP, function calling, APIs, agents, and integration frameworks.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready AI capabilities.
• Build secure integrations across Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and enterprise systems.
• Develop APIs, data connectors, webhooks, search integrations, and RAG/semantic-search solutions.
• Ensure AI systems preserve source-system permissions, access controls, data security, and governance.
• Test and evaluate AI solutions for quality, reliability, safety, performance, and grounding.
• Administer and optimize enterprise AI platforms: access, configurations, integrations, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex AI platform, integration, connector, and data-retrieval issues.
• Establish standards for AI agents, integrations, configurations, testing, deployment, and security.
• Lead technical solution reviews, mentor contributors, and serve as senior escalation point.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and provide technical recommendations to platform leadership.
