Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Tech Lead to own a general‑purpose enterprise AI ecosystem spanning Slack, Google Workspace, and AI assistants. You will design and build AI agents, skills, and RAG integrations, while enforcing security and governance across enterprise systems.

The role requires 6+ years of development experience with demonstrated production AI platform expertise. You will lead technical solution reviews, mentor contributors, and drive standards for agent development,

Qualifications

6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead responsibilities.
Proven track record building production-quality AI agents, skills, assistants, workflows, or integrations.
Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms and integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, or SDKs.
Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts: agents, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, and evaluation.
Ability to lead technically through influence without direct people-management authority.
Strong systems-administration knowledge including identity access management and logging.
Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Gemini for Workspace, and other enterprise AI products.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, tools, workflows, and automations.
Develop APIs, data connectors, webhooks, and RAG/semantic-search solutions.
Ensure security, governance, and data access controls across integrations.
Lead technical reviews, mentor contributors, and act as escalation point.
Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and provide recommendations to leadership.
