Job summary

Synergieglobal is hiring for a remote, full-time LLM Engineer to help build an AI platform that turns conversations into bookings—voice, chat, and SMS. You’ll work on real-time, AI-assisted agents that qualify leads and sync with CRMs.

Design, refine, and optimize prompts and contextual flows; tune performance; and run scalable experiments using LangSmith, Langfuse, and Promptfoo. Strong English communication and multi-agent experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLM-based systems in live environments.
• Proficient in multi-turn conversations and agent-like behavior.
• Familiar with GenAI concepts and prompts.
• Understanding of customer service workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• IELTS certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and optimize prompts and contextual flows for LLM agents, including multi-agent setups.
• Tune LLM performance with evaluation workflows, RAG, and memory systems.
• Test and analyze prompts using LangSmith, Promptfoo, and Langfuse at scale.
• Deploy LLM systems into production voicebots/agents delivering high-quality interactions.
• Leverage telemetry and logs to improve interaction quality.
• Explore GenAI trends like ReAct, CoT, and multi-agent frameworks.
