Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an AI/ML engineer to help transform the core of our business by building intelligent, agentic systems that power next-gen user experiences and insights. Qualifications

• Strong Python skills with ability to prototype and build production-grade systems.
• Solid data skills: explore datasets, form hypotheses, and transform data for AI tasks.
• Experience building LLM-powered agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration.
• Understanding of context retrieval, grounding, compression, vector stores, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience quantifying stochastic performance and designing evaluation metrics for prompt quality and reasoning depth.
• Experience with cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability tools.
• Experience contributing to platforms and reusable AI components for teams.
