Job summary

QualityAI is seeking an AI Engineer in the United States (remote) to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions with a strong GenAI focus. You will work on LangChain-based agents, RAG pipelines, and production-grade LLM deployments across business use cases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable AI systems, fine-tune models, and ensure responsible AI practices while continuously improving performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on Generative AI experience (GenAI).
• Proficiency with Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Experience with AI agents/frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
• Build AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and tool use.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific applications.
• Develop and integrate RAG pipelines for high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and architecture teams.
• Implement prompt engineering best practices and evaluate outputs.
• Build scalable APIs/services to deploy AI models in production.
• Ensure responsible AI: bias mitigation, guardrails, data privacy.
• Stay current with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and research.
