Job summary

ERP Suites is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate OCI-based infrastructure and AI agent deployment frameworks in a high-ownership environment. You will partner with the AI Architect and Product Team to optimize OCI environments, CI/CD pipelines, security, and FinOps while supporting customer environments.

The role offers a fully remote arrangement with some travel to ERP Suites facilities or customer sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in AI Platform Engineering, Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering.
Strong experience with OCI and deploying AI agents or cloud-native apps.
Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana and OCI APIs.
Knowledge of TLS, DNS, ACME and certificate automation.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Bash scripting.

Responsibilities

Provision, configure, and manage OCI environments including networking, IAM, and containers.
Build and optimize OCI DevOps pipelines and deployment automation.
Own customer-facing AI agent deployment methodologies and runbooks.
Coordinate environment provisioning, IAM setup, and onboarding activities.
Monitor platform health and resolve observability gaps before impact.
Develop automation to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Document architecture diagrams and deployment workflows.
