Job summary

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. (IT-Strat) seeks an AI/ML Application Developer to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML capabilities within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment hosted on OCI for the DAI program.

The role requires hands-on development of AI/ML features, REST API integration, NLP for financial documents, and agile delivery across two-week sprints. A SECRET/TOP SECRET clearance is required and prior DoD ERP experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML development for enterprise software
• Experience with NLP, knowledge discovery and data mining
• Proficiency in Java, C/C++, or Python with production-grade code
• Experience with OCI or other cloud AI platforms and REST API design
• Agile or SAFe development experience with time-boxed iterations

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI/ML capabilities within the DAI ERP environment
• Build and integrate REST API connections between AI/ML models and Oracle EBS processes
• Apply NLP to financial document processing and audit narratives
• Lead AI/ML research, training design, and cognitive metrics for AI adoption
• Participate in program planning, iterations, and continuous delivery of outputs
