Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Remote, contract-based AI QA specialist to validate healthcare content and score model outputs. You will develop expert responses, create real-use cases, and provide actionable feedback to improve healthcare AI systems. The role requires strong written communication and familiarity with healthcare operations.

The position offers 30–40 hours per week, fully remote from the United States, with competitive hourly compensation and standard benefits for contract staff.

Qualifications

• Professional experience supporting healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or health information management.
• Hands-on experience in utilization management, patient access, or compliance.
• Exceptional written communication skills for clear, concise reporting.
• Recent direct involvement in day-to-day healthcare operations; able to work independently remotely.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and document management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assess and validate AI-generated healthcare content for accuracy and practicality.
• Analyze, score, and compare model outputs to support AI development.
• Develop well-written, subject-matter expert responses for model training and benchmarking.
• Identify inaccuracies or unclear recommendations and provide actionable feedback.
• Create authentic healthcare operation use cases with scenarios, data, and criteria.
• Test AI performance against custom scenarios and refine tasks per quality reviews.
• Adhere to project standards, documentation guidelines, and timelines.
