Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and write concise explanations in English. The role offers flexible hours, fully remote work, and weekly payments; access to leading LLMs is included.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which followed the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard and why it mattered.
