Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient and focused.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Decision-making when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries (including US).

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distortions or misalignment.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to what was observed.
