Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off, all on your schedule.

Contributors rate outputs, write concise explanations in English, and help improve AI systems. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment; highlight issues.
• Rate outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and provide a written explanation.
