Outlier is hiring English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for naturalness and accuracy, writing concise explanations in English, and using your findings to help improve AI systems. Flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to top LLMs are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and clear explanations in English.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when one option has flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, artifacts, misalignment, or audio/video mismatches.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
