Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and provide written explanations of what looked or sounded off, entirely remotely and on your own schedule.

Participants help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to an evaluation loop that improves AI for real-world use. Work is remote with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay/zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Write English explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
