Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, contributing to improvements in AI reasoning and performance.

Responsibilities include comparing images and videos, identifying artifacts, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Applicants from several English-speaking regions are eligible.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible scheduling.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide between imperfect options.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals or audio misalignment.
• Write specific English explanations citing what you saw or heard.
