Cayuse Holdings is seeking an AI Native Engineer (Context Engineer / Harness Engineer) to build and maintain harness components and integrations, applying Claude Code and modern frontend/backend tools in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to tackle architecture-level problems, own the path to progression, and contribute to AWS-based data workflows while working remotely with PST overlap.

Qualifications

• Professional English fluency, written and verbal.
• Hands-on with Claude Code or comparable agentic tooling.
• Experience delivering AWS-centric engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains harness components (retrieval, tool invocation, evaluation, observability) under senior review.
• Works through architecture- and systems-level problems under senior review as the path to progression.
