Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Four years of work experience in AI Model governance, Model Risk Management, or Audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly about AI Model governance.
• Experience deploying AI Model governance across a large enterprise.
• Certification in Model Risk Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Promote effective governance practices for AI and model governance.
• Maintain and adopt AI policies and standards framework.
• Identify actionable insights to close compliance gaps.
• Develop reporting and executive-level insights on governance and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to maintain governance documentation.
• Monitor evolving regulatory expectations related to AI and model risk.
