CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Model Risk Advisor to advance AI governance and model risk management, remotely across the United States. The role focuses on governance, policy adoption, and collaboration with enterprise risk teams and auditors.

The position requires 4+ years in model risk or related fields, strong knowledge of compliance principles, and the ability to convey complex topics to diverse stakeholders. A remote-first culture and ongoing compensation considerations are highlighted.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management, related practices, risk, or audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly.
• Experience deploying AI Model governance across a large enterprise.
• Familiarity with AI governance principles, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Establish and maintain an inventory of AI/ML models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact; identify emerging risks.
• Develop and monitor governance controls, KRIs, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Support validation, testing, and collaboration with internal teams and auditors.
• Provide reporting and executive insights on AI governance, model risk, and control effectiveness.
