CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring a Model Risk Advisor - Remote to promote governance, maintain AI policies, and optimize governance practices across the organization. You will drive collaboration with risk, audits, and internal teams to close compliance gaps and enhance controls.

The role emphasizes developing Executive insights, monitoring KRIs, and participating in governance reviews while supporting a remote-first, nationwide workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or related field.
• Experience in AI Model governance or Model Risk Management.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Understanding of privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity and regulatory requirements.
• Support Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls and KPI/KRIs for compliance.
• Assist in model validation, testing scope, and findings.
• Participate in AI governance audits and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive metrics on governance and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams, risk, auditors, and suppliers.
• Incorporate evolving regulatory expectations into governance practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline governance processes.
