Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering for its Power & Utilities practice in the United States. You will lead data science teams, design scalable AI/ML solutions, and collaborate with clients to translate analytics into strategic business outcomes.

The role requires strong cloud experience, governance, and ability to work in a regulated environment. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage engagements, and help propel EY’s data-driven solutions from pilots to production while

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; strong technical expertise in Python and cloud platforms
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform
• Experience delivering analytics or AI solutions in asset-intensive environments (utilities, energy, infrastructure) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective project management
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases relevant to Power & Utilities
• Translate AI outputs into business insights for executives and regulators
• Support moving AI solutions from pilots to production with governance and compliance requirements
