EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering within the Power & Utilities sector. You will lead diverse teams to deliver advanced data science and big data solutions, translating regulated priorities into scalable AI-enabled outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of full-time AI, data science and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years managing technical teams.
• Strong Python and cloud platform experience.
• Experience designing production AI/ML solutions and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and manage processes and projects end-to-end.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Engage with clients and lead sessions from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
• Integrate utility data sources into modern analytics platforms.
• Support AI solutions from pilots to production with governance requirements.
