Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and payment options. Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio against prompts, providing written explanations, and contributing to improving AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: United States, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing observations.
