Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score responses, and compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt more accurately.

You will explain what looked or sounded off in writing, helping shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. Work is remote with flexible hours and variable pay per expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
